for Everyone
Meet Janeese
The daughter of a union postal worker, Janeese Lewis George is a third-generation Washingtonian who was raised in Ward 4, where she serves as Councilmember and lives with her husband Kyle and son Pierce. Janeese fights for working families in DC because she knows firsthand what working people in DC are up against. As Mayor, Janeese will side with the people to make DC safe and affordable, and a place where government works for residents in all eight Wards.
